Julia, Louisa, Sophia, Francesca?

Louisa
Sophia
Francesca
Freya

All lovely OP. Julia is my favourite and I think Jules is a cool nickname.

I'm a Julia. I only really get called Jules by my sister but I love it when occasionally other people call me that.

I have a Louisa so I am biased but I think it's a lovely name. She loves her name too and often gets compliments. She's 9 now and no one (yet) calls her Lou (not that I mind that shortening anyway)

I like them all but Louisa is my favourite

I'm a Julia and I genuinely love my name (like the other Julia's on this thread. Hello!)

I rarely get called Jules, but when I do it's very affectionate and I dont mind. I was Ju as a teen and friends I made then call me that, but for the most part I am Julia.

Ha ha. I may be tempermental and neurotic!

I’m the total opposite of the Julia’s you’ve met 🤣 I’m that laid back I’m virtually horizontal, love a good laugh and absolutely love helping people!

I love Louisa, like Julia & Sophia & am a little meh about Francesca.

Love Sophia; but I am slightly bias as it’s one of my little girl’s name ☺️

Sophia and Freya are too common.

I like Francesca and Julia.

Francesca is least common and also a wide choice of shortening’s - know a Frankie and a Cesca as well as the more common Fran.

Julia. I only know one but she’s a really lovely person and has been a great friend to me so I think this has swayed me somewhat.
not fussed by the others but Sophia is my next favourite

Freya is deathly dull and Sophia will be one of eleventy billion but the others are great.

I'm personally not a fan of any, but my Children aren't named after popular/traditional ones but if I had the pick would be Francesca or Freya, but instead of Julia as I have a crazy Alcoholic Aunt with that one I personally prefer Julianna/Julietta/e. Happy Picking lovely xx

Love Louisa and Sophia (who cares if it's popular, it's still a beautiful name). Never liked Julia. Don't like Freya and meh about Francesca.

Definitely Francesca nn Frankie. Love it.

The others are fine but don't stand out IMO.

My eldest DD is Soffia (spelt the Welsh way). I love the name, but for us it was chosen as my grandmother was Sophia.

I am a Louisa, never get called Lou (politely tell people I'm not a Lou). I do often get called Louise which drives me nuts.

I never meet other Louisa's unless I'm in Italy (Luisa popular there).

Francesca or Freya.

Julia is lovely and I really like Sophia but is very popular

I really don’t like the name Freya. No real reason.

Julia is probably my favourite of all the others - the Julia I know is lovely.

How about Juliet or Frances?
