Clarice, my husband enjoyed Silence of the Lambs film at the time and liked the name 🤷‍♀️ My daughter would like it for her first name, she loves it.

I really wanted to name my daughter Clarice!

SahliJ · 13/10/2023 19:18

Eldest - dad’s middle name ( because his first is awful and we couldn't saddle a baby with it😂).

Second a feminised version of my middle name. ( agreed because I think my husband thought if he didn't agree I might want a third, to try for a little girl 🥰)

Clarice is a super band, as is Clarrie for short. 😍

David, after his late uncle. Also my maiden name

bleuclair · 13/10/2023 19:23

Too outing to say.

Most will have Rose, May or James if past threads are anything to go by.

CurlewKate · 13/10/2023 19:27

DS - Andrew after my Dad
DD - Willow just because we liked it

I love the name Willow.

TheBirdintheCave · 13/10/2023 19:29

John Joseph.

Joseph is husband's middle name and also the name of my Pop who died when I was 6 months old.

John is after my other granddad who died aged 98. My son was born a day shy of what would have been his 100th birthday. They were also both born during pandemics.

I didn't think it was be that outing to share middle names.

Thanks to all. Interesting how they vary from first names 🤔

Lochroy · 13/10/2023 19:55

Isabella & Henry

HeyMicky · 13/10/2023 20:49

Dorothy for my paternal grandmother
Blythe for my maternal great grandmothers surname

I STILL got in trouble for not using the "right" family names 🙄

It is if the names are unusual, and that in combination.

clipclop5 · 13/10/2023 21:43

Eva for DD! 19 years on and still love it, she actually prefers it to her first name

Beachywave · 13/10/2023 21:43

Samuel, Adam & Lucas.

Fairly standard middle names I suppose. They all have rarer first names

Forgotmylogindetails · 13/10/2023 21:45

imnotwhoyouthinkiam · 13/10/2023 21:48

@StopVotingToryYouTwats I'm 99.9% certain some of the answers are made up.

DS1s middle names are Ronald Thomas after 2 of his Great-Grandads.

DS2s is James. After DS1s godfather.
