Reid (Meaning:near the reeds)

Arlo (meaning "fortified hill")

Rowan (Meaning: Rowan tree)

Oakley (Meaning:meadow of oak trees)

Oren (means "pine tree; fair, pale)

Arden (Meaning:great forest)

Everett (meaning “brave” or “strong boar)

Sorry, I only like Rowan. Arden is kind of interesting but you just know everyone's going to call him "Hard on".

Rowan is lovely. Reid is my second favourite. Oren is nice but if he comes out with lots of dark hair then maybe not!

Not keen on Oakley or Arlo.

Reid and Rowan I like a lot.

I like Rowan the best followed by Reid, Arlo and Everett in that order. Arlo is so popular here at the moment though, two work colleagues have had baby Arlos in the last 4 months.

Arden just reminds me of Hard on.

I love Rowan, my childhood best friend's uncle was called Rowan and he was the nicest, most lovely man ever (so much so that I remember him fondly now some 25 years later!)

Reid is really nice but not sure it suits with the middle name, a D into a D sounds a bit awkward. Not that it matters much as he'll rarely use them out loud together.

Arden and Arlo are also nice, not keen on the rest.

They are too ordinary for me! I don't like traditional names. They are the names of our grandads. It would make them sound old!

Douglas and William are both good and better than your list

If you are getting your names from a book or web site, some of them contain bogus entries.

Oaklea would need to be the spelling, surely? Otherwise it's a brand of sunglasses

I don't like Reid because it's awkward to say with Douglas, but I suppose it rarely will be.

I find Arlo rather popular at the moment and personally find it too wishy-washy sounding. But I'm not on trend in my name preferences (I don't like vowel heavy names, which are seemingly all the rage).

I love Douglas William and would call him Douggie, but out of your other choices Rowan is nicest I think. Arlo’s ok too.
