Dh is driving me loopy with his lack of flexibility on names. We are expecting a boy in two weeks and we still don’t even have any names we both like. Names we have are as follows:
Ollie (ambivalent but we don’t like it)
Jordan (I hate but dh likes)
Every name I suggest dh hates, the only name he’s come up with is Jordan. Dh likes gender neutral names which I don’t mind but I want something masculine sounding.

Congratulations. And good choice on the name. Glad you were able to agree on something lovely in the end! Flowers

I couldn't get any sense out of DP before DD was born - but we had her named within about an hour of her being born. A baby there in front of you and in your arms is a great way to focus the mind. Her name is one I hadn't thought of but it is her to a T.

Don't fret about it - the name will come

Great <unusual but not weird> name! I’m assuming Stanley is from Stan Lee!

MerryChristmasToYou · 23/08/2023 17:19

Stanley is from a place name I think but it could be a reference to Stan Lee
