Polly and Molly are sweet but babyish - I might not be mad about them as an adult - so I’d make them a diminutive of a Mary name eg Marianne, Maryam, Maria.
I like Polly slightly better.
Holly i don’t like - it’s just very slight. Ok as a middle name for a Christmas baby I suppose
