Good morning all,

So baby no3 is on his way - Due early August. Just wanted to get your opinions on our names that we cannot decide on:

Jesse-Beau - His nickname will be JB
Benjamin-Beau - His nickname will be Benji-Beau

We have 2 darling girlies Angel-Iris and Clover-Skye and coming up with a lads name has been pretty hard as we both thought we'd be having another girl and decided straight away on a name before even finding out the gender.

All your opinions are welcome. TIA

I grant you, double barrelled names are not for everyone but many people have them...etc: Mary-Ann, Betty-Sue, Ava-Mae, Billy-Jay, John-Paul. Its not illegal yet so it 'Can' be done!.

And they all sound just as stupid as yours.

Precisely why I'm hoping this is a joke thread tbh.

You'd never know nowadays. I once worked in a call centre and I had to take children's details to make appointments. I kid you not, I had a double hyphenated name, first-second-third. On some occasions grandparents would call to book the appointments and you could hear the embarrassment when you asked for the child's full name. Some very interesting middle names out there too 🙈

I don’t think this is real. If it is, hyphenated names aren’t my bag but either way they are incredibly feminine and not something to inflict on a son….
