TBH... Most of the feedback has been promising when it comes to the girls names and as they're not really common and it's unlikely that there's going to be another 2-3 in their classes. When it comes to hyphened names it's a family thing, dating back over 90 years so it was important to me to keep that going. But...I don't think the names are the worst in the world, there are some cringy names out there. Beau is
(There is a backstory behind the names
Angel was born on Christmas day
Iris is my Nan in laws name)
Clover (My hubby is Irish and of course four clovers - faith, hope, love and luck)
Skye (Angel chose this name - when she found out she was having a sister).
Benjamin-Beau is a recent name that my fella thought up
Beau we were in France when we found out gender, and Beau is a French name and have to admit love the meaning behind.
Before Benjamin-Beau I had 10 drafted on my notepad in my phone, I'll share the top 5 with you:
Callum-James (I had my heart set on - the hubs wasn't too impressed)
Dominic-James (2nd favourite)
Alfie-James (Alfred is my grandad in-law. But very popular)
Milo-James ( Love the meaning behind Milo)
Oscar-James (Hubs said it's too popular)
As you've noticed I was set on James, as my hubby's name is Jamie. And yes, Benjamin wasn't in the top 5, but it had fluttered around my head a few times.
As said in the intro message, all opinions are truly appreciated. x
