If I like Cedric

I absolutely love the name Cedric and can't find anything I like more... my husband wants to have a couple to choose from it it's a boy.

We have a DD with an unusual welsh name so I don't want anything popular.

I know Cedric is very marmite and I'm expecting to get flamed... but I still love it

Any suggestions for other names?

I really like Cedric. I like Stanley too.

Or maybe some old English names like Aubrey or Aldwin.

I don't think Cedric is awful, it would annoy me that it's pronounced Cee-dric in the US but that's quite a niche reason not to use it.

Hector and Percy were on my list last time but husband vetoed them. Wonder if he'll remember.

I love Cedric and, for a girl, Cedrica. These Old English names deserve a good airing. There are heaps of little Eds, Freds and Teds at large, so why not a Ced?
