I know the name is unisex, just wondered about first impressions.

I think of it as a boys name. Specifically an American high school aged boy 😂

I tend to think Casey = boy Kacey = girl. Mostly because we had a girl in primary school named after Kacey Ainsworth

Dog, sorry! Girl dog. Ireland here, Casey is a common enough surname. And I'm definitely not keen on Kaycee.

Also, the anonymous male host of one of my favourite podcasts, Casefile, has the nickname Casey. So that further entrenches the maleness for me.
