Cecily, Sisley, Celia or Cecelia?

Definitely Cecily. So pretty.

Cecilia gets misspelt. Cecily is too much like Cecil, but I do like Cicely. Sisley is a brand.

I like them all except Sisley. Is that even a name. I've never heard it before.

Cecilia is far and away my favourite but I really dislike the Cecelia spelling.

Celiac seems too grown up sounding for a small child (I know. I know they are only small for a short time it just seems a big name)

Cecelia is too princessy sounding for me.

I don't know what to say about Sisley

Sisely in a skincare brand, it’s one of those french pharmacy ones like la roche posey but it’s also sold at sephora and all the big department stores e.g. john lewis. So not that. Love the others though and Cecelia is my favourite but it would be better still if spelt Cecilia.

Sisley is a surname.

Cecily is my favourite although you have you pray she doesn’t have a lisp!

My mothers name is Precelly(after the Welsh mountains) and Celly for short.
A really beautiful, unique name.

Cecilia is my favourite, but think it also depends on middle names surnames and sibling names.

I have a friend Cecily, pronounced Sissilee.

We have a Cecilia. It's hit and miss as to whether anyone spells her name correctly, however!

Goodness knows what Sisley is supposed to be - but Cecilia (NB spelling) and Cecily are both lovely.

I googled Sisley. Its a medieval English variant of the name Cecily or Cicely. And I thought it was some modern made up name. Still dont like it though.

She can be Cecie, C, whatever diminutive you want. Unusual but known and sounds classy and pretty in all European countries. Especially ones with Saints. Santa Cecilia is November (I think)

I would go with Cicilia which isn't quite on the list but close :)
