Is Ivy Irvine too much of a mouth full? Or does it sound nice? I can’t decide 😂. She will have a middle name - Helen after my mother in law.

No, it's too much with the V sound together.

Ida, Ina, Iris, Isa those would go well.

SilentParrot · 17/05/2023 12:56

It's verging on the tongue twistery. I'd keep looking.

PickledScrump · 17/05/2023 12:56

It sounds a bit comic book character

FayCarew · 17/05/2023 14:14

It's a tongue twister and doesn't sound or look very nice. The surname needs a stronger first name

Thesunwillcomeoutverysoon · 17/05/2023 14:16

I know a dc with Iz at the beginning of first and surname.. Def get your dc remembered.. Not a bad thing!. Go for it op.

Babykingincoming · 17/05/2023 15:32

If you like it I'd go for it!

I rarely use my full name in a sentence.

RuthW · 17/05/2023 16:59

Not a good sound, sorry

AnotherDayAnotherUsernameForMe · 17/05/2023 17:00

My first thought was ‘the sister restaurant of Ivy Glasgow’. Sorry 😳

flummingbird · 17/05/2023 17:00

I love it. I have a similar set up in my name and think it rolls off the tongue really well.

AuntieDolly · 17/05/2023 17:00

Pretty sure she was married to Steven Spielberg!

Roselilly36 · 17/05/2023 17:08

I love it, I love the name Ivy is a gorgeous name I don’t think it’s a tongue twister.

Melassa · 17/05/2023 17:09

Love it, rolls off the tongue nicely and it has a super heroine ring to it too!

DinaofCloud9 · 17/05/2023 17:38

I don't think it goes at all sorry.

TenThousandSpoons · 17/05/2023 17:39

I like it. It is a bit comic book character or private investigator but in a good way 👍

Jillsampson · 17/05/2023 17:45

Brill hun! nice name for a tot

SirTarquin · 17/05/2023 17:45

I like it. I think it is very distinctive.

A child with that name would be bound to be a success. No one would forget her.

ourflagmeansdeath · 17/05/2023 19:55

It's a bit clashy imo but if it's a name you absolutely love then don't settle for 2nd best as it isn't the worst possible name you could put together. Probably best to find another name if possible though.

Puffykins · 17/05/2023 20:01
