We used Xanthe as a nature inspired middle name as it means 'golden' and she was born in the Autumn.

So you like Autumn, August, Sunday and January?

I'm seeing a theme here and it's not nature! How about Tuesday, Wednesday, Solstace, Thanksgiving...? 😅

(Sorry I am teasing but it's meant in good humour)

I think the theme you like is names of days/ times of year etc!

Aubrey IS a boys name ( Or - Bree)
the girls varient is Audrey( Ord- ree)

PickledScrump · 16/05/2023 19:12

Aubrey is a unisex name, but I’ve only known females with the name, it’s much nicer than the very dated Audrey. Bree is a great nn option too.

August however is a boys name so I wouldn’t go with that.

Is it the nature names you like or the Au sound?

You always get posters saying this, but it’s much more commonly used for girls these days.

My daughter is named Autumn (she's an adult). It suits her so much and I can honestly say she's only ever had compliments on her name. I have other children but their names are quite unusual so it would be outing to say in here. I love the suggestion of Aubrey though and also Arabella and Delilah.
