What Names - Male and Female - Do You Think of as Glamorous?

Are there any particular names which conjure up glamorous imagery for you, and if so what are they?

Nina for women.
No glamorous male names for me.

Guy is sort of glamorous but would be deemed a bit pretentious where I live.
My dsons have very ordinary plain names.

Italian female names for me. So Giada, Raphaella, etc
Male names, one from black and white Hollywood era so Cary, Devlin,

Rupert

Finbar??? I'm Irish and really cannot see that on the glamorous levels of Xavier. Anton. Gabriel. Alexander. Vincent. Giuseppe.

I don’t think a name can be glamorous by itself because you necessarily attach it to an actual person. I mean, Finbar would not make my list of potentially glamorous names as real life Finbars are all in their 80s in my world.

It would have to be something like Shehazerade (sp?) because I know none in reality.

The most glamorous people I know are called ordinary names like Mary and Gillian.

Vanessa always makes me think of a glamorous woman.

For men, maybe Gabriel

Glamorous is a bit open to interpretation. The names are often linked to a glamorous person but might not seem so glamorous on someone else.

I think Isabel and Oliver sound like an elegant couple!

Natasha always has quite a glamorous air, to my mind.

I know glamorous names are subjective. I like hearing everyone's take on it though.

I am not Irish, and can totally understand the glamorous appeal of Finbar. Just goes to show it all boils down to what you've been exposed to and your own personal experiences. Giuseppe is gorgeous.
