I don’t think a name can be glamorous by itself because you necessarily attach it to an actual person.

I'm not really sure why everybody is mocking the suggestionn of Finbar. Why?

Surely this is all subjective and as a non-Irish person it certainly sounds a bit exotic and glamorous. Why not just except that some people hold a different opinion and stop mocking?

Nah. Even a Finbar would have a good laugh at the idea that their name was glamorous.
