I like Teleri. I grew with several Eleri classmates (in Wales) and liked the name, but then found Teleri in Lord of the Rings which was an Elvish name linked to Eleri. I think it's pretty.

@ShinyMe I am almost 40 and there were several girls called Teleri in school/the area. It’s a really nice name. I love Carys.

@MysteryBelle I read the Madeline Miller novel ‘Circe’ during the first lockdown so I might not recall correctly but I seem to remember thinking they deserved to be turned into pigs….. 🤔

when I was about 10 I knew a 3years old cheeky blond tot with this name. She had this boyish bowl cut and awakened maternal instinct in me. I’m 40 and I’ve loved the name my whole life. If I’m ever blessed with a girl, I’ll be sure to burden her with name 😂
