Can't decide!!

Hey everyone! I'm currently 32 weeks, and we dont know the gender!!
So far we love a couple names but cannot decide for definite. There's no rush, I'm hoping I'll just know when they're born! I'd love some opinions though..

For a boy we love
Henry James
Michael James
Ronan James

For a girl I'm all over the place! We both like,
Emily Elizabeth
Mabel Elizabeth
Sophia (need middle name)
Melody Rose
Melody April

Kinda leaning towards Ronan, and Emily or Melody :/

Not in love with our middle names for Melody though, what do you's think?

I think Michael James best of the boys names. Not so keen on Melody. Mabel is dreadful. I love Elizabeth. How about Elizabeth Rose.

I really dislike Melody.

Of your girl names, I'd choose Sophia. Perhaps Sophie Elise.

I really like Melody it’s so unusual. Not keen on Rose but only because every girl has either Rose/May/Grace as a middle name and they’re just so overused. Sophia is really popular and she probably won’t be the only one at school, depends how much popularity bothers you.

Not fussed about the boys names sorry. I know several Henry’s.

Henry James - ok but James is a filler middle name. Turn of the Screw author.

Ronan James - lots of R names like Roman and Rowan around

Emily Elizabeth - ok, but not sure if it flows
Mabel Elizabeth - I don't like Mabel, doesn't flow
Sophia - Sophia is overused
Melody Rose - Rose is a filler middle name
Melody April - Melody is a bit naff. Not keen on April

I'd pick Michael Henry and Emily Sophia

I like most of your name choices apart from Ronan (for me the association is too strong with the singer and I don’t know any other Ronan’s so for me it feels like calling a girl Kylie IYSWIM), I also don’t like Mabel or Melody, they are a bit bland sounding.

I love Henry James. Not a fan of Michael. There’s a lot of Ronan, Roman, Rowan, Rohan names at the moment, they all blend together.

emily is the best of the girls names but is popular, Sophia is also popular. Mabel is ok. I find Melody dreadful. I know of 2 and the parents both go on and on about how unusual and different it is.

This is the problem we have, not many names flow with Melody! Really struggling to find middle name..

James is a family name we really wanted to incorporate somehow. Never even thought of Emily Sophia, actually really like that thank you!

I never even thought of the singer haha! I was thinking of stargate, Jason Mamoa plays a character called Ronan and I fell in love

Henry and Emily have been family favourites too.. Feel like my brain just doesn't know what it likes at the minute!

I really like Michael and quite like Ronan. Henry is fine but overdone.

I’d probably go for Emily of your girls’ names, although prefer Emma and it’s less overused. Sophia is really done to death, Mabel is very twee, and while Melody is nice she end up Mel which is horrible. Verity, Serena and Sabrina might be less overused options.

Aw no I haven't. Just immediates, and even then they understand its my decision. Feel like I settle on a name and then a week later I hate it, frustrating. Hopefully baby will have an obvious name when born ha

I like Henry, Michael and Mabel. Not keen on Emily. Not sure about Melody. You need a one-syllable middle name, like Melody Jane (or similar).

Just to add, I love the name Elizabeth for a first name, but changed my mind after the queen passed, I worried it would sky rocket in popularity! Also the nicknames for Elizabeth aren't great :/ really dislike Lizzy

Aw you have amazing taste imo! All lovely names! My favourites are Ronan James and Melody Rose. Absolutely beautiful, classy but also original.
