And have you ended up using any of those names?

Rosie and Phreddie - lol

clpsmum · 16/12/2022 14:48

I always thought I'd have a big called Joshua, I never even thought about using it when I was pregnant! What about you?

Rosie and Phreddie - lol

Funnily enough, if I had boy/girl twins tomorrow that’s probably what they’d be called (although F rather than Ph spelling).

Henry and Imogen.

Only have DD1 so far and she is not Imogen, although I did consider it and would think about using in future too.

If I ever have a boy he will definitely be Henry. I struggle with liking many boys names.

Amber and Zachary. Nope and nope. Quite liked Amber when I was preggo tho.

pizzaHeart · 16/12/2022 14:53

Catherine but my cousin used it.

Choice4567 · 16/12/2022 14:53

Leah and Anouk

did not use them!

Pictograph · 16/12/2022 14:54

Rosemary - nope.

Velvetbee · 16/12/2022 14:54

Yes, I used the names I chose in my teens for DC 1 and 2. Luckily DH liked them too.

Orangelover · 16/12/2022 14:54

Lilly and Eva for girls.
Edward for a boy.

Still like them but they're no longer the names for me!

IHeartGeneHunt · 16/12/2022 14:55

Keturah, Hala, Callisto. Used one!

farquard · 16/12/2022 14:57

@AnnieApple123 that's so funny! The F spelling is so much nicer. I just thought I was being original using the PH spelling.

AnnieApple123 · 16/12/2022 14:57

I wanted twin girls called Lucy and Laura. Both have gone out of fashion now though.

I also went through a phase of loving the name Nancy but that was quickly ruined by a flatmate I had in my early 20s.

I can distinctly remember having a conversation with a group of friends at school... must have been year 4?
We were talking about the name Chelsea... only Chelsea I knew was the football team so I said I'd name my kid Tottenham 🤣
As my DH is a West Ham fan that was never gonna happen! 🤣

Malariahilaria · 16/12/2022 15:00

Savannah, Sahara and Scarlet. I had 2 boys sigh. Probably for the best, they're a bit celeb child name Grin

webuiltthiscityonrockandwheat · 16/12/2022 15:03

Genevieve because I was only ever going to have a girl obviously. I had a boy then a girl and never even considered Genevieve. If you'd told me the names my children have when I was a teenager I would have laughed Grin

aSofaNearYou · 16/12/2022 15:17

Eve/Ivy/Lily

These names were not at all common when I was a kid and have been thoroughly ruined for me by overuse now.

I never had a pick for boys, even when I was pregnant, I just don't particularly like any of them!

Jemimapinotduck · 16/12/2022 20:18

Courtney-morgan (yes hyphenated) and Jordan Tyler, none of my kids have names that resembles those at all 😂

TheVolturi · 16/12/2022 20:29

ChristmasCrackler · 16/12/2022 20:31
