It's he the newest member of Rednex?

StopFeckingFaffing · 12/12/2022 21:25

Is Joe a middle name or are you planning to call him Frankie Joe as a double barrel first name?

As a first and middle name combination it is perfectly fine

Bubblemachiene · 12/12/2022 21:25

I don't know what that is @RewildingAmbridge

Double barrell I heard it in a school I was working in

I say no, it sounds like an American chain restaurant type name.

Bobbins36 · 12/12/2022 21:29

please don’t

Cotton Eyed Joe.
That you didn't get that makes me feel old...

Frankie-Joe does sound like it could be one of Bo and Luke's cousins.

Frank Joseph is a decent first and middle name combination though.

BigsyMalone · 12/12/2022 21:31

I like it. Sounds funky.

MonkeyPuddle · 12/12/2022 21:34

It’s not to my taste.
Sounds like a cowboy

AmyandPhilipfan · 12/12/2022 22:01

The only boy Frankies I've met have all been little terrors and, for want of a better expression, have come from 'rough' families. It's not a name I would ever use.

ChildrenOfTheQuorn · 12/12/2022 22:18

Eesh. I'm really not a fan of double barreled first names anyway, but Frankie-Joe? It sounds so redneck.

Rauha · 12/12/2022 22:24

Frankie-Joe? Frankie-No.

BeagleMumma · 12/12/2022 22:25

Can we just stop double-barrelling first names?

People only ever refer to them by the first name and parents get irate!

And as a teacher, it's really hard to put on a label 😂😂

QueSyrahSyrah · 12/12/2022 22:32

Rauha · 12/12/2022 22:24

Frankie-Joe? Frankie-No.

GrinGrinGrin

For some reason the first thing I thought of was the 'shovelly-Joe' scene from friends.

alanabennett · 12/12/2022 22:33

It's a bit market trader for me, I'm afraid.

alanabennett · 12/12/2022 22:34

Actually, that was snotty about market traders. Frankie Jo is a wannabe DJ who deals a bit of weed and lives with his nan.

AutumnCrow · 12/12/2022 22:39

Francis Joseph on the other hand is a bohemian priest who travels the world in search of meaning and redemption, and drinks whiskey sours and plays jazz piano.

'Just call me Frankie', he says, with a beautiful glint in his eye.

DramaAlpaca · 12/12/2022 22:43

Really awful. Really.

UsingChangeofName · 12/12/2022 23:00

Is your surname Walton ?

pechecreme · 12/12/2022 23:16

No.

2358853b · 12/12/2022 23:20

I'm sorry but I hate it. Frankie or Joe are both OK on their own though.

FayCarew · 13/12/2022 13:32

Made me think of Sammy-Jo in Dynasty

fairycupcakes · 13/12/2022 14:10

Frankie or Joe are fine in their own but as PPs have said not keen on them together and certainly not double barrelled.

peachescariad · 13/12/2022 14:11

Is this for a cat?

Bubblemachiene · 13/12/2022 16:36

Of course it is
This is a pet forum right?
