I'd say row like a boat for a boy, row like an argument for a girl (and the tree)

I kind of do both, am in Scotland. Have met both and have a Rowan tree in garden that gets called forth. Lovely name - the trees have a mystical history that I like too.

AppleBottomRats · 17/08/2022 22:50

Row a boat. Like the tree. Or Rowan Williams and Rowan Atkinson if you look up clips with them. Never heard it pronounced row like how.

ColonelCarter · 17/08/2022 23:14

I know several, all pronounced like the boat. Mic of boys and girls. Lovely name.

Joolsin · 17/08/2022 23:16

I've only heard it like boat, for boy, girl and tree.
