Starting to really like the name Eloise but would like a classy nickname!

I like Elouise, it's pretty.

Nicknames evolve naturally imo.

Love it! Elle or Ellie would be the classic shortenings, I prefer Elle.

I nearly called dd Eloise just so I could teach her to say 'it's me! Eloise!' all the time.

I know one who is known a Ellie or Lou Lou.

In my head I'm singing Eloise by The Damned now (love that song and beautiful name)

Ellie would probably be the diminutive. Nicknames evolve , not everyone has one.

not sure how you get Nellie or Essie from Eloise though. Essie sounds a bit too Loch Ness monster to me.
