I much prefer Sadie. Lovely name

A few middle name ideas (I would avoid the usual Sadie Rose, Sadie May, Sadie Grace)

Sadie Imogen
Sadie Àdelaide
Sadie Rebecca
Sadie Lucille
Sadie Laura
Sadie Patience
Sadie Diana

I like unexpected middle names

MissPocket · 02/06/2022 18:37

I love both of those names! I slightly prefer Sadie.

Sadie Freya
Sadie Catherine

Nancy Charlotte
Nancy May

Jubileeeeeeee · 02/06/2022 18:40

Both lovely but I order Nancy
Nancy Mae/May

ChagSameachDoreen · 02/06/2022 18:45

Nancy!

Sadie sounds like sadist.

SycamoreTall · 02/06/2022 18:47

Sadie. I've never liked Nancy.

Sadie Marianne
Sadie Harriet
Sadie Beatrix

DramaAlpaca · 02/06/2022 18:48

Sadie, I dislike Nancy.

CormoranStrike · 02/06/2022 18:53

Nancy from those too, but honestly don’t love either

timoteigirl · 02/06/2022 19:01

Neither really. Sadie like sadist like already mentioned above. Nancy not that nice. What about Lacey? Maddie? Nadia? Nadie (from Nadia, meaning hope) could be a nicer and a compromise between these two names.

PaddleBoardingMomma · 02/06/2022 19:04

Sadie rose
Sadie beau
Sadie Mae
Sadie Jude
Sadie viola

Just off the top of my head, I think it's a very feminine but strong name I love it

WhatsHoppening · 02/06/2022 19:06

My DD is a Sadie Rose! Love love love the name and we rarely meet other Sadies (although both times we have their middle name has been rose too! So maybe be more original 🤣)

Blowyourowntrumpet · 02/06/2022 19:07

I like both, but I prefer Sadie

TreeP0se · 02/06/2022 19:09

Love both

Rebelmcstreettuff · 02/06/2022 19:10

Honestly my 2 favourite names, don't know which one I would pick but then I didn't need to as I had 2 boys.....

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 02/06/2022 19:15

I wanted to call my DD Mercedes (but I didn't) so she'd have been "Sadie" as her real life name .

(And I knew a really lovely horse called Sadie Grin )

Sadie ( but I don't do middle names )

threecupsofteaminimum · 02/06/2022 19:17

Sadie for sure

Sadie Rose
Sadie Jane
Sadie Louise
Sadie Christie
Sadie Ruth
Sadie Marie
Sadie Margot

Sadie rose was the first name that popped in my head, it's beautiful!

VeryQuaintIrene · 02/06/2022 19:19

I"ve only known dogs called Sadie, so Nancy.

DogsAndGin · 02/06/2022 19:20

Nancy

TheYearOfSmallThings · 02/06/2022 19:21

Nancy by a mile.

Sadie always makes me think of a hard bitten older woman with cigarette mouth and a grubby fake fur jacket.

Isausernameavailable · 02/06/2022 19:21

Definitely Nancy. I had a lovely goat called Nancy. She was beautiful.

ladygindiva · 02/06/2022 19:31

I like them both, but a pp suggested Sadie Catherine, and to me that just has a gorgeous feel to it.

I named my daughter Catherine so always nice to see when it's mentioned, I always worried it might be a bit out of favour these days

GreatCuppa · 02/06/2022 19:47

I really don’t like Nancy, so Sadie. But not with the usual Rose/Grace/May.

pitterypattery00 · 02/06/2022 19:50

Sadie! I don't like Nancy at all.

I think Sadie goes well with a longish middle name-

Sadie Alexandra
Sadie Florence
Sadie Eloise
Sadie Antonia
Sadie Catherine
Sadie Beatrice
Sadie Meredith
Sadie Elizabeth
