Help me decide between Fleur, Roxanne, Dahlia?

I'd take Dahlia off the list, but can't choose between Fleur and Roxanne!

Dahlia is the nicest to me!

I’d choose Roxanne from your list (Roxana is nice too).
I never know how to pronounce Dahlia, is it Day-lia or Dar-lia?

Fleur - I like it but it can sound like just a noise
Roxanne - put on the red light
Dahlia - Dahl-ya or Dale-ya. Delia is nicer

Love Dalia, but prefer that spelling (traditional in Spanish and some other languages) over Dahlia. (I guess the syllable question - DAL-ee-ah vs DALL-yah - could be confusing though.)

I love Dahlia so much! Nothing wrong with the others, though. Roxanne has a stronger sound to it than Fleur, but I do like French names. But I would go with Dahlia. I also love Tansy.
