Belle or Caroline

As a Middle name for Penelope, we really love Penelope.
Belle is my favourite, but Caroline is a family name.

I like Belle, but I would choose Caroline if it has a family significance to you. It's also a beautiful name

I prefer Belle! Penelope Caroline is too long and the names just don't really go together for me. Penelope Belle is LOVELY.

I don’t think Penelope goes with Caroline but then neither does belle (too rhymey as someone has said) but you don’t often say middle names so it will be fine

A bully at my school was called Caroline, we called her Cuntaline (not to her face).

Belle gets my vote- also the name of my much-loved dog.
