Girls name- classic but not “try hard”

Looking for inspiration! I am soooooo fussy about names and have read pages of threads here. I would a name that is classic, that most people would have heard of/ know how to spell, but is not popular. I reeeeally don’t like the current trend for very frilly/ over the top sounding names (sorry, just an opinion!)

I like:
Rosalind, Susannah, Alexandra (maybe a bit too popular), Juliet,

Dislike: Ottilie, Amelie, Freya, Ophelia, Verity, the whole Ada/Eva, Ivy Evelyn set etc

Margot, Clara etc becoming too popular

Don’t like too complex names like Arabella, Genevieve,

So if there is anyone left I haven’t offended would be great to hear your thoughts! 🙈

I love Suzanne (not ‘Susan’) and think it’s really underused.

My only advice would be don't assume a "not popular" name will stay that way, even in a short period of time. My eldest is one of the names you've listed as too popular yet when we called her it in 2013, it was >280th popular name. A few years later it became more well known after a character in a TV show was called it and now its shot up the rankings!

I have 2 of the perfect names for your criteria with my girls!

Frances and Esther. I also have a Josephine but may come under complex names for you.

From your list I love Juliet. That's the name of my next (never to exist) child!

My niece is Philippa, also a lovely name!

Susannah is a great one. I think Diana is due to be part of the early 20th century revival. Philippa, Francesca, Lydia and Julia/Juliet might be getting a bit popular for you.

Serena, Louisa, Claudia, Cassia, Caroline, Cosima, Frances, Lois, Adela, Edwina, Henrietta, Hermione, Ismene, Iona, Ione, Jocasta, Catrin, Jocelyn, Leonora, Marina, Octavia, Persephone, Perdita, Rosamund, Rosanna, Annalisa, Christabel, Seraphina, Teresa nn Tessa, Yolande, Estella / Stella, Oona, Honor, Flora, Genevieve, Gwendoline, Cassandra, Margaret / Marguerite, Davinia, Octavia, Annis, Lucinda, Lucienne, Vivienne, Victoria, Viola, Miranda, Verity, Constancia, Rosaria, Georgiana, Camilla, Laura
