Rueben?!

Hi all, what does everything think of the name Rueben for a boy? Pronounce fed Roo-ben. Can also be spelt Ruben which I think I prefer.

Don't know why but it has really stuck with me...

I prefer Reuben. Rueben looks like a mistake.

I love it and we have a friend with this name but thought it is meant to be spelt Reuben - at least it can be!

Reuben is the standard spelling, Rueben looks odd to me. Either way, it's a bit past its peak imo, there are a lot of 4-8 year old Reubens in my son's school.

I do think it's a nice name but I'm a bit fed up of hearing it !!

I own a Reuben. The only time Ruben is allowed is if you are Spanish/Portuguese

I love Reuben. I don't like the other spellings.

It you using it then spell it the right way
...I know of 2 pre schoolers.... one gets full title and one gets called Rudy

Oh and Rueben is just a miss-spell

Reuben is very popular, 'Ruben and Rueben less so

It was very popular a couple of years ago but less so nice (lots of kids in primary school, around same time as Alfie and maybe just after).

I like it but the fact I’ve know so many has put me off. A little like it is now with Leo.
