Hi there,

Looking for some suggestions. My husband & I are struggling this time. We both have names we love but nothing we can mutually agree on. Would love some inspiration.

Thanks

Camille is one of my favourite French names (nn Mimi) but I didn’t use it for my DD as I hate the way it’s pronounced in English.

Think lots of names fall into this category though - it’s a shame!

@Pemba These are all things I have pointed out to my husband. Even Elodie technically falls under that category as it’s a bit dated in France.

@Marguerite2000 I’m open to other types of names, I’m just more drawn to French ones.

I’ve asked on different forums and find the variation in responses interesting.
