I'd forgotten about Eastenders until I read this thread.

I've always liked this name, I think the EastEnders connection is old now so it's totally useable.

Bianca Jagger and Bianca Campbell-Black (the latter is a character in the Jilly Cooper "Rutshire Chronicles" series) were the first to come to mind.

I think it depends on your accent tbh! It’s a lovely name but in some accents sounds quite awful.

Some people will pronounce it differently - Bee-ank-ah or Bee-onk-ah.

BianKA is how I hear it. Hard ending. Unattractive.
