What do you all think of "Elise" for a girl? x

For a while this was my favourite girl name ever. Really quite unusual where I stay. I’m a teacher and I’ve only ever taught one Elise, who was lovely. I’d say go for it

I have a cousin with this name, but spelled Elyse.
I think it’s lovely either way.

I saw that on the TV yesterday ( Aylesbury you saw it too, I think it was on Wimbledon) and said to DH what a beautiful name it is. Great choice OP.

Pretty. French or German, mainly. Anglo version would be Eliza or another shortening of Elizabeth.
