If you had to change your name (not to anything silly like Profiterolina) what first name would you go for?

I was v. envious of a colleague named Fiona Fairburn.
It seemed so sophisticated.

Claudia, Hannah, Sara, something floaty and romantic but classic and classy.......

My name is fairly unusual a so I’d like something easier to remember or spell

Daisy
Lily
Misty
Stevie
Annie- along the lines of these names

And for a surname I’d love Westwood, I think that always sounds cool!

I have changed my name more times than I care to think about. I've only changed my first name once though and to a very common name. I lasted about six weeks before I changed it back to my unusual birth name!
@newtb what is your name?????
Wouldn't you like to know! There's a site called forebezrs/io you can waste days on it.

newtb · 06/07/2021 16:37

Www.forebears/io that should've said. Have sausage legs due to horsefly bites.

My name is Joanna which is dull and I always get called Joanne instead. I wanted to be called Lucy or Jessica when I was younger but now I’d go for anything people could get right. Something simple like Mary maybe!
