Cora is a beautiful name and popular in Ireland, meaning good and virtuous.

Every Cara I’ve ever met has been a complete dickhead and tougher than a dogs tongue

I love it. My daughter would have been called Cora but it was already my Nieces name. It's beautiful, unusual, timeless and ageless.

I like it but also prefer Cara/Kara but I would because it’s DD1’s name. Not dated or cheap and she’s not a dickhead

I dislike it. It makes me think of an apple corer.

I like it, but would be slightly worried that in years to come people would think I only chose it because my baby was conceived during the time of Coronavirus. Probably only me who thinks like that tbf!

You’re entitled not to like it. I haven’t liked a single name that people I know have chosen for their babies in the last year. Not the nicest way you could have phrased it.

I think it looks really pretty written down too (if that makes sense to anyone)

I love it too, and much prefer it to Cara. It doesn't sound like corer in my accent, and corer is a word that's rarely used anyway ( in my house at least ).
