Wren or Ivy

Hello,

Thinking of naming our daughter who we are expecting next month all going well Ivy or Wren....we both struggle with girls names and so I'm happy to even have two we both like at this stage as with my last daughter we had nothing agreed on when she arrived.

I know the downside is Ivy is becoming extremely popular but I do really like it still.

What are your thoughts?

Ivy is v popular I know 5 under 2 years old, but if popularity doesn't matter I don't know. Think Wren is more a middle name to me

I'd worry Wren might be one of those names that comes out of nowhere, is really popular for five years and 30 years later is seen as a bit of a naff name of its time.

We had 2 top runners for DS. We waited until he was born and tried them out on him and one felt more 'right' than the other x

Where did this recent popularity for Wren come from? Is it celeb related?

I have only heard of Wren as a male character in Pretty Little Liars but that's wasn't so recent
