Thoughts on the name Harmony, I think it's quite sweet but not sure if it's a bit dated?

My friend's sister is called Harmony. It's lovely.

Think Melody may be better for all the reasons above the possible shootings for Harmony, Har, Harm, Mony (said moany in some accents)

I worked with a teenage girl about 2 years ago with that name. Its nice and suited her.

I like Melody but like PP said Harmony will get shortened to Har or Harm/s.
