Bert Andrew Philip

YouKnowItsTrue · 09/02/2021 22:43

To be honest Balonz wouldn’t be all that ‘out there’ compared to Eugenie would it. Grin

Having Prince Andrew for a grandad eh? what a blessed child.

Names? Who knows what the little beggar will be stuck with but being born into that family he has my sympathy. Ryland? Dorcus? or just plain George Philip Arthur Frederick Platypus Milo Shaemus McDodgypants

Flowers Hoping he is loved and cared for as any new baby deserves and the nannies who will be looking after him are pleasant ladies too.

Sarahandduck18 · 09/02/2021 22:46

Cosmo

MissEliza · 09/02/2021 22:46

I think Phillip will be in there somewhere. Have any of the royal dcs or dgcs used the name?

PocahontasMcGinty · 09/02/2021 22:50

I'm sure he'll be called Philip too. It's the Duke 100th birthday very soon.

Philip could be in there somewhere, especially as it could well be the last great grandchild he meets (not being morbid, just realistic)

Bit too much grim reaper with that, as the Tindalls are due this spring!

But maybe Phillip as a middle name, or first name ka Pip

PubsClosed · 09/02/2021 22:53

I’m guessing Arthur or Albert.

But I can see something more mainstream, too. Noah?

AmIBeingTwatty · 09/02/2021 22:55

Albert nn Bertie
Alexander
Hugo
Arthur

Oh I’ve just remembered surname is Brooksbank... hopefully they won’t go for Bertie Brooksbank!!!

I didn’t realise Zara was pregnant too! Grin

Leopold, Leo for short

dontdillydallytoolong · 09/02/2021 23:11

Bob

RosesAndHellebores · 09/02/2021 23:11

Isn't Pippa Middleton's (sorry can't remember married name) called Arthur? If so doubt they'll go for that. Merlin would be good Smile

BorderlineHappy · 09/02/2021 23:15

Having gone through life saddle with 'Eugenie', I'd expect her to call him something really simple, like Dave

Next one is called Del Boy Grin

WaxOnFeckOff · 09/02/2021 23:16

Pippa Middleton is her cousin's sister in law so not sure that will be of any influence? But after I said it at the beginning, I think I agree that O don't think they will go for that either. I was forgetting that they don't need to go as traditional.

having said that I think they'll go for something fairly standard with a nice short name so Tom, Sam, Ben etc

My last guess is Henry, after Prince Harry. I think he and Eugenie are close. Or they were, at least...

JengaJanga · 09/02/2021 23:18

Albert..... Alby

MissEliza · 09/02/2021 23:20

Apparently Arthur is the bookie's favourite 🙄.
