Thoughts on the name Grace?

A lovely classic but is it too popular? Interested to hear your thoughts

Nice but boring. I only know one and I have three very young children who go to various childcare/school, so it doesn't seem too popular where I live.

It's a pretty name - but I'd always be nervous that Grace would grow into a galumphing elephant.

I've got one, she's lovely

Love it. Elegant, unfussy, chic.
Grace is dignified as an adult name, Gracie for a child is just so sweet.

Doesn't sound nice in every accent.
A bit boring because it seems to be a popular middle name, much nicer as a first name.
Might not suit a chunky, sullen DD.

I am with @katy1213, same with any of the “virtue” names, it’s a lot to live up to.

It’s the new Claire or Sarah. I’ve yet to meet one full of grace yet.

Sadly I think this does take the shine of a beautiful name

Obviously if someone I know has a baby Grace I would say "how lovely" and I wouldn't think anything negative

I have a Grace, she is grown up now.
Wasn't as popular when she was born but still a lovely name.

I know a grown up Grace and it suits her perfectly.

Over used now. Also quite cruel if the child ends up of larger build. Several we know are really rather the opposite of graceful
