Sophia or Phoebe?

What are your thoughts as to which is better?

Really dislike phoebe. Sophia is very pretty.

Phoebe, although Sophia is lovely too.

Funnily enough, we have a Phoebe in my family who my MIL always calls Sophia. I think it's the ph thing that's confused her

Sophia 100%. I do prefer it spelt Sofia, but either way is beautiful! I really dislike Phoebe, sorry.

I love Phoebe, Sophia seems a bit too frilly to me, I prefer the simplicity of Sophie.

Definitely Sophia, didn't realise people still called their kids Phoebe.

They're both lovely names. Sophia is very popular at the moment, so if that's an issue I'd go with Phoebe. But they're both great.

I prefer Sophia. I am not keen on Phoebe, but it's a perfectly non remarkable name which nobody would seriously object to. Sophia is quite popular and Phoebe less so, so if that bothers you and you like them equally, go with Phoebe.

Prefer Sophia

I love both - but DD is a Phoebe (hadn't realised how it divided opinion until today - to me it's a nice but not unusual name. I love it though, still glad we chose it). Sophia was our second choice.

Both lovely names, would probably choose Phoebe on account of the popularity of the very similar Sophie.

I like them both but if you choose Phoebe be prepared for a lifetime of it being misspelled!
