Ways to spell kianna

I have a few tell me which is best
1.) kianna
2.) kiannah

3.) keyana keyanna
4.) kiyanna
5.) kiyanah

Ciana would be my guess if I heard it aloud.

Is it pronounced key anna. Or see anna?

I think Kianna looks the nicest. It's unfussy, pretty and fairly obvious how to pronounce it.

I’d have said Kiana, too.

I knew a Quianna - it's pronounced the same way.

Anything with a double n many people will pronounce as ‘Anna’ rather than ‘ahna’ ( like the name ‘Hannah’)

Frozen taught me that what I would pronounce as Anna (two short As) can be pronounced more as 'Arna' or 'Orna'.
I would spell it Kianna.

If you live in the UK and prefer the pronunciation kee-ahna then Kiana.

Kiana if you want it pronounced with the -ahna ending.
Kianna if you're happy with an Anna ending.

(Frozen Anna wasn't an American pronunciation. It was supposed to be Scandinavian).
