Lots of lovely names.
I'd be torn between Anna and Rosa! Alice is lovely too.

Depends on your surname and any middle names you're looking at? Some stand alone names are gorgeous but add the surname...then a middle name? It's always incredibly difficult to choose, maybe wait until baby is in your arms and you can look at her and say "Hello ..."? IME chosen names often disappear when babies arrive and look at you! Congratulations and good luck 💐

Eleanor is by far my favourite

I'd pick Anna. It's just such a beautiful, classic name and not very common atm. I don't know anybody named Anna under the age of 30

All lovely but for some reason I have trouble saying Eleanor - what are your friends and family like for pronouncing it?! Otherwise 7catsaremycoven makes a lot of sense.

Emily - classic but I wouldn't choose it

Very beautiful list - super classic names that suit all ages and shouldn't date.

I think I'd perhaps chose Eleanor myself (makes me think of Eleanor of Aquitaine and Eleanor Roosevelt) - it's very distinguished, strong and elegant but has a lot of nickname choices if she wants (Nell is my fave).
But Anna comes very close - it's also a gorgeous name which always surprises me that it isn't more popular (it's so internationally well used and easy to say and spell).
Isabel is beautiful and elegant too, but will likely cause spelling issues as the more elaborate Isabelle spelling is very popular currently.
Rosa is pleasant but I prefer the simpler Rose, as it feels more slightly more classic to me.
Alice and Emily are okay , I just like your other choices more (and these two are also the most commonly used/popular currently.)
