No, seriously, thanks for all the feedback and I'm going to tally up the responses (numbers of Y/N/M for each name) and discuss with DH. At least I've been able to cross off two of my suggestions, since I've realised I don't like them so much after seeing them written down over and over again.

I would choose Nathaniel. I think it's lovely and I've never looked after a little Nathaniel. Benjamin, Robert and Rory are ok. I'm not that keen on Andrew, Christopher or Ivo.

No matter - I've been gripped by some utterly trivial threads on here in the past !

So I've crossed Ben off the list (my choice). I've also crossed Rory off the list (DH's choice), mainly because I think it would become "Warwy".

Should also make a confession - DC1's name is actually Sebastian. Just threw that one in there to see what people thought of it. Does that count as an exciting enough plot twist?

Da da dunnn - the plot thickens. I actually think Sebastian and Ivo would be great together.

I rather liked Benjamin too tho - was a serious contender for DS3 (who ended up Dominic).

If you’ve already got a Sebastian you can definitely pull off Kit! Christopher would be a lovely choice

My vote is for Nathaniel - one of the most gorgeous boy's names out there, imo. And perfect with Sebastian. Personally I think Ivo or Rory, (though I see you've discounted it) are a bit short next to Sebastian; Benjamin would have worked too in theory, but I prefer Nathaniel as you don't have the matching "n" endings.

Honestly, it's quite a perfect sibset!
