Boys names (if we ever had a girl we would call her Clementine so maybe something that works in harmony with that):

I quite like the sound of Quincy but isn’t that an illness.

My daughter is called Clementine. I would go for Emmett or Grayson out if those.
I can't have more children but if we had a boy after it would've been Lawrence or Toby.

Both Juniper and Juno code strongly as female — Juno is the classical Roman goddess of love and marriage.

If you go for Winston and then Clementine- Winston Churchill’s wife was Clementine (not necessarily a bad or particularly well known association, just what jumped out at me)

How about Jude rather than Juno?

Milo is my strong favourite from your list and would be perfect as a brother's name if one day you have a Clementine.
I also like Wildred. Winston is okay.
I dislike the others - some of which are too trendy as well - Arlo, Grayson. I've only come across Juniper and Juno for girls, so be wary about choosing that, even though word names, strictly speaking, are unisex.

I like Clementine and think these would be lovely names for her brother

I was going to make some more suggestions but you have such a lovely list I'm not sure you need anymore names on it! Laurence or Tristan or Otis or Barnaby would all work well with Clementine too though.
