I've never heard of Iskra, so would say that is not generic European.

Rosalia and Aurora - my neighbour had a dog called Flora so I can't see past that, sorry! She was a lovely dog though

Sophia or Zara

Sophia & Louisa are lovely and chosen historically by royalty. Sofia was a great grandchild of Queen Victoria and the current King of Spain has a daughter named Sofia (I realise the different spelling - fia more European, phia more English). Princess Louisa was a grandchild of George II.

Elena or Louisa for me.
