exotic means from a foreign country so whats exotic to you really depends on where you are are what you are use too

I think Elias is the best from your list as its unusual but not 'odd' so might fit both you and your DH wants in a name... Elijah is similar and also a great name

Cassius is ok too but not my taste and it faces pronunciation issues as some people say 'Cass-ee-us' and some say 'Cash-us'
