Stuck between two boy & two girl

Due in less than two week and don't know gender, narrowed it down to two boys name and two girls name but I'm totally 50/50 on both. Please help me pick one of each

Francis (Frankie)
Jesse

Girl -
Annie
Eliza

These are 4 very nice names. I like Jesse and Annie best.

Francis and Eliza, as they work well in a grown up work capacity (as does Annie, but I don't like that name) like Jesse too, but it seems like a nickname. All are nice names though!

Jesse isn’t feminine at all I don’t think! Ask Jesse Metcalf! It’s pretty mainstream now. It’s actually Francis that I find feminine, not Jesse

Don't really like either of your boys names, but would avoid Jesse if you are in the UK, as it is an insult in some parts of the country.

The girls names - I'm no help, as I think they are both okay.
