Thoughts on this for a baby boy?
Double barrelled surname beginning with T so no clash there, I've not met any yet, does anyone know any? Opinions?

For me it's a 'cute for a kid, less great on an adult' kind of name.

I knew a Digby. He was a hamster.

Just makes me think of "Digby Brown, your personal injury specialists".

Digby Brown Solicitors are a firm here in Scotland with branches in various cities. Their ad is always on so it's the first thing I thought of (and now can't get out my head ).

Digby is a dog's name now, I'm afraid... What about Diggory? Similar sound, but literary rather than canine implications

I know a few - teen and adult. It's okay, I think, but not my favourite.

Just hope he never comes across any fans of That Mitchell and Webb Look, a charming tramp character called Digby Chicken Caesar comes to mind.

A think a grown up 'Digby' would wear a beige anorak and carry a briefcase. He would be small in stature with a bald head with the 'horseshoe' hair around the sides. He would wear those small round specs' and have a job as an actuary, bank manager or similar profession.
