Please Help!

I’ve name changed for this as I intend to give my surname out and therefore don’t want it linked to any other posts.

Baby girl was born 3 weeks ago and me and DH cannot agree on a name.

We both want something “normal” so no apples or Otillies.

We both like but can’t have Amelia
I like Bella, Lola, Phoebe, but DH has said no.
DH likes Isabella, Chloe but I’m not keen.

Our surname is Side and we have a son already, so the name has to go with that as well.

Please help, I’m getting really stressed about this!

Have you looked through the top 100 lists on named together to see if you find anything else you can agree on?

I’m sure we’ve looked through every list to ever exist! Earlier I was even looking at lists detailing the top names in every decade for the last 100 years.

Perhaps we’re overthinking this slightly!

Isabella, known as Bella? It’s on both your lists.

Could she not be Isabella and have Bella as a nickname?

Why not just go Isabella? You can shorten to Bella, DH can give her the full name.

@Awwlookatmybabyspider It really is a hard name isn’t it. I think that’s a big part of the problem.

I’d happily have Chloe, but I just don’t feel Chloe Side has a nice ring to it.

I do like Molly Side though, I’ll put it to DH in the morning but our Son’s name ends in a y think Billy/Tommy. I’m not sure they flow together.
