Having a c-section tomorrow. Non ID twin girls. Have narrowed it down to the following:

Nina and Ella
Nina and Anna - our favourite two names but are they too similar?
Nina and Frida
Nina and Rosa

Nina is non-negotiable as it is very significant to us.

To those responding now - the thread is old and OP posted this a while back:

Babies Nina Elizabeth and Rosa Josephine were born at lunchtime yesterday. Both over 7lbs which means I was carrying nearly 15lbs of baby! They are both doing brilliantly.

We changed our mind on Rosa once they were born. It just fits her perfectly.

How lovely, twin girls! I like Rosa and Frida best. My daughter’s best friend is a Nina, and she is the most wonderful, clever, kind, thoughtful and funny little thing. Such a cool name. Good luck for tomorrow.

Another vote for Rosa as the other name. Frida is too rhymey with Nina, Ella and Anna are OK but Rosa stands out a bit more.
