Savannah.

Husband is totally set. It isn’t a name I have ever really come across and is very different to anything I’d normally pick.

I am so on the fence as to wether I love or hate?

This is so divided!! I am already divided!

It sounds like a night club to me, OP. Rather than its ecological meaning.

JackMummy12 · 11/02/2020 21:59

I think if you are divided it isn’t the one.

Luaa · 11/02/2020 21:59

I like it. I think it goes with Noah too.

Hypergear · 11/02/2020 21:59

Sounds tacky to me too

Whatsyourflava · 11/02/2020 22:03

I really don’t like it. Sounds like lots of names meshed together. Too frilly and a bit downmarket
Hannah?

Tillygetsit · 11/02/2020 22:33

I have a Susannah so I obviously prefer that.

Lmbunny · 11/02/2020 22:40

Noah and Savannah.. I think they're both suited nicely. Beautiful names Smile

puds11 · 11/02/2020 22:42

Nope. In the same vain as India.

Nillynally · 11/02/2020 22:59

Yes @SaintFlamingo that was my first thoughts too! It then became a lovely Thai restaurant.

YesThatsATurdOnTheRug · 11/02/2020 23:01

Love it, it was on my list but DH wouldn't hear of it.

SleepingStandingUp · 11/02/2020 23:03

@RickOShay Autumn is her Mom, her sister is Isla.

Mises point of thread...

I like it op

DramaAlpaca · 11/02/2020 23:06

It's not my style. I hate to say it but I think it's a bit, erm, downmarket.

Chocmallows · 11/02/2020 23:07

Your DH doesn't like it, so even if you did like it and you're divided anyway isn't it back to the drawing board?

alphajuliet123 · 11/02/2020 23:24

It will get shortened to Vannah, Van, Sav, Savvy etc by her friends when she's older, none of which are great.

S names I currently love are Seren and Saskia (and Saoirse, but the one I know says it NEVER gets spelled or pronounced correctly)

SalmonOfKnowledge · 11/02/2020 23:28

I prefer susannah to Savannah.

Or Sylvianne ?

ParsleyPot · 11/02/2020 23:31

I agree that Savannah is up there with Chardonnay, Tayla and anything hyphenated with Mae.

There are nicer names!

hawaiianturtle · 11/02/2020 23:32

Absolutely love it. Such a beautiful name x

JollyGiraffe12 · 11/02/2020 23:32

Rather tacky and a bit dated.

Arseit · 11/02/2020 23:33

It’s a no from me.
If you’re not sure don’t go for it.

Astronica · 12/02/2020 00:10

A no from me. Susannah/Suzannah is much better.

zeddybrek · 12/02/2020 00:27

Love it

Pemba · 12/02/2020 00:30

It's not horrible, but the sound of it is very close to Susannah which is so lovely and a proper, classic name. It also pairs much more obviously with Noah, as they're both biblical names. So Susannah is a much better option IMO.

JaneJeffer · 12/02/2020 01:06

It makes me think of the Erasure song Blue Savannah.

ElfishBiatch · 12/02/2020 03:02

Susannah is infinitely better
