My first bike was a Raleigh Bianca. Purple and lilac with a cool little bag on the back.

Eastenders ruined that memory for me!

I thought of Eastenders but I think it's lovely and in time people won't make the connection.

Maybe, I should ask what do you think of the name Bianca whilst trying not to think of Eastenders

I've never watched Eastenders and I don't like the name at all. Sorry.

Have just Googled Patsy Palmer and apparently she did another stint as Bianca from 2008-14 and a short reappearance last year. If you watch EastEnders then she’s still pretty current! Surely must be a lot less people watching it now, though.

Even though I grew up with EastEnders!

It's a name that feels like a lot to live up to, somehow.

After EastEnders I think of Taming of the Shrew, but that may be less of an issue!

I think of Italy and the Shakespeare character.

We had a Spanish babysitter called Bianca and I prefer the Spanish pronunciation, least of all because it does not rhyme with wanker.

It's a lovely name, but I think the East Enders connection is hard to ignore.

I too thought of EE but am old enough to remember Mick Jagger marrying his first wife, from Nicaragua, who is called Bianca.

In real life I've known two Biancas, one is a singer and the other a hair stylist.

Don't think I'd choose that name for my child.
