So tonight I got husband to write down 10 boys names he liked after chucking a baby book at him. What do you think of these?
Adam
Asher
Eli
Leo
Paddy (Patrick)
Rufus
Zachary
And he stopped there!

I like Adam and Leo. Zachary is fine too. I do really like Patrick, but as I don't like Paddy it's middle name territory only for me.

Is there anything you like there, OP?

Don't like Asher, prefer Elijah, the rest are all quite nice.

I like all of those except for Asher and Rufus.

I don't think I'd name my own child Paddy although I know two boys with the name and they are very cute kids which I think helps! I like Reuben too which would fit on that list.

I love Rufus, my favourite. I really like Leo, Paddy/Patrick, and Zachary.

I don't mind Adam, but dislike Asher and Eli.

Asher - that’s not a name. Unless you’re Jane and make cakes
Eli - don’t like

Adam: classic, international, doesn't sound super harsh but still masculine. Maybe a bit boring but I like it.

Asher: I don't like it.

Eli: nice.

Leo: love it.

Paddy (Patrick): nice.

Rufus: not my cup of tea.

Zachary: not really my cup of tea either but it's a nice name.

@Tillygetsit yes I agree with the consensus could you first let us know if you think any of these names are usable. I don’t really want to spend time going through that list if you don’t like any of them anyway

Shouldn't you and your husband choose the name?!

Personally I would choose Rufus. And I hate Paddy! Reminds me of a sanitary pad.
