Do you say it like Aria (GOT character), A-rye-ah, or A-ree-ah?

However the person told me to.

What culture is it from?

I would default to A-rye-ah, to rhyme with Mariah, if I saw that written down.

A-rye-ah is what came to mind as I also thought of Mariah but I guess A-ree-ah is just as valid.

I would pronounce it Ah-ria.
