So I've been through thousands of names and not one stands out, here's the list of names that I likeSmileNot sure if I have a "type", popularity doesn't really bother me as long as I love the name...

-Daisy
-Elsie
-Lily
-Bella
-Ruby
-Heidi
-Maisie
-Poppy
-Isla
-Mia
-Gracie

Which out of my list do you think is the nicest? Also can you suggest a name that you like, thanks Smile

Ivy is actually quite common these days.

I agree though, that these are all a bit done to death, except Heidi.

Love the suggestions of Elizabeth, Lucy and Tess. Although these names are also pretty popular, they are not as ubiquitous as things like Maisie and Lily. I also think cutesy girly names are going out of style, so I especially think Maisie and Lily etc will date.

Daisy- cows name

-Elsie - I like this

-Lily - lovely if you're not bothered by popularity

-Bella- No, prefer Isabella.

-Ruby- Again, very popular but nice enough name.

-Heidi- hate this

-Maisie- Love this and not enough around!

-Poppy- Too cutesy. 50 year old poppy?

-Isla- prefer Ayla but like it.

-Mia- No, sounds like a cat meow to me lol

-Gracie- Prefer Grace with nn Gracie

People are saying they are not adult names, not because they're popular for babies but because they are mostly quite cutesy. Something like Florence or Ava (or Isla which you mentioned) are also popular, but not cutesy. Names like Poppy or 'Gracie' (urgh, what's wrong with Grace?) are very obviously best suited to very little girls. It's like calling a boy 'Timmy' or something.

I like Daisy and Ruby best in your list. I would also say Lily, but it is just so overpopular.
